                               RESOLUTION NO. 20883
                   
                   
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATION OF 
                   ONE (1) FIRE HYDRANT FOR PUBLIC FIRE 
                   PROTECTION AT A LOCATION MORE PARTICULARLY 
                   DESCRIBED HEREIN, AND AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF 
                   THE TARIFF THEREFOR.
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the installation of one (1) fire 
       hydrant for public fire protection be and is hereby authorized at 
       the following location:
             1.	 One (1) fire hydrant on Lupton Drive, four hundred 
                 ten (410) feet east of the centerline of Hixson 
                 Pike.
            
            
       	    	 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that payment of the tariff to 
       the Tennessee-American Water Company be and is hereby authorized.
